  1. INTRODUCTION
    EverestPoint LLC (“EverestPoint,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a government-approved Nigerian service center authorized to provide facilitation and enrollment services for National Identity Number (NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN), Nigerian Passport, and Nigerian Visa applications to Nigerians in the diaspora.

  2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
    We provide NIN enrollment, BVN registration, Nigerian passport and visa facilitation, attestation documents, and identity support services. We act solely as a facilitator. Final approvals rest with the respective Nigerian government authorities (NIMC, NIBSS, NIS, or MFA).

  3. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENTS
    All service fees include government processing and administrative costs. Fees are non-refundable once processing begins. Payments must be made in full prior to biometric appointments.

  4. BIOMETRIC CAPTURE REQUIREMENTS
    NIN and BVN registration require in-person biometric capture (fingerprint, photograph, and signature) at our secure Texas facility. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  5. DOCUMENTATION AND ELIGIBILITY
    Applicants must provide accurate and verifiable documents. Discrepancies or falsifications may cause rejection or delay. EverestPoint is not responsible for rejections caused by inaccurate information.

  6. EXPEDITED SERVICES
    Expedited passport and visa processing is available. EverestPoint makes every effort to meet timelines; however, final approval speed is determined by Nigerian government agencies.

  7. NON-LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF CLAIMS
    We are not liable for delays, denials, or losses arising from government procedures, policy changes, or data discrepancies. Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid.

  8. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
    All personal data collected is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. and Nigerian laws. We ensure secure processing and transfer to authorized agencies.

  9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas and, where applicable, the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Montgomery County, Texas.
